Principal BrokerDave was born and raised in the California Bay Area and lived in Monte Sereno for 15 years before moving to Ashland, Oregon, in 2000. He began his real estate career in the early 1980’s. As an independent broker, Dave was a Broker/Owner of Los Gatos Properties for more than 15 years before moving to Ashland and continuing in the business here in Oregon. His vast experience navigating through many different real estate markets has helped hundreds of clients in buying and selling homes and investment properties. He has built his business on a solid reputation of great customer service, honesty, and integrity.

Kristin McKean
BrokerKristin was born and raised in Los Gatos, California. As she was literally born into a real estate family, embarking on a career in real estate was a natural choice, and she has been a licensed agent since 2000. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from California State University Chico earning a degree in Marketing and International Business. By integrating her early experience in real estate with her education in marketing, she provides her clients with a complete package. She began her full-time real estate career in the Bay Area in 2007. She and her family moved to Ashland, Oregon, in 2014, joining her mom and dad to create MorningLight Properties.
Kristin ‘fills her cup’ with many interests in the local community. She has been an active member in Ashland Rotary since 2018 serving on the board for multiple years and serving on many committees, including Chair of “Ashland Reads” for six years. She has a love for running, hiking, music, and theater, not to mention the local wine and culinary scene here in the Rogue Valley.
Kristin takes a great deal of pride in giving the utmost attention and care to each and every client. It is paramount that they receive the absolute best service at every stage of the transaction.

Gina Heckley
BrokerGina has been a licensed real estate professional since the early 1980’s working early on with Dave as a husband-and-wife team in California and continuing here in Oregon. Currently, she focuses on her design business of more than 20 years consulting in remodels and new home construction. She serves the real estate team when design or staging needs arise. She is also the “pinch hitter” when extra help is needed in showing property and other client services.
